Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically, but you can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account settings (or your App Store / Google Play subscription settings) — you'll keep Pro through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my Pro badge and boosted listing if I cancel?+
Nothing changes until your paid period ends — you keep the verified badge, boosted listing, and every other Pro perk until then. After that, your account reverts to the free tier: your profile and history stay put, but the Pro-only extras turn off until you resubscribe.
Is billing handled through Apple/Google, or Stripe?+
Both, depending on where you subscribe. Upgrading here on the website runs through Stripe; upgrading from inside the iOS or Android app runs through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase system — either way, you manage and cancel from that same account.
Do you offer refunds?+
Paid plans are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires it — for example the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period, California's automatic-renewal rights, or chargeback rights through your payment provider or app store. Does Lifetime ever go up in price?+
The current Lifetime price is a limited-time rate — prices are shown at the point of sale and may change for future purchases. But once you buy, 'lifetime' means the lifetime of the SpoVote service: you keep Pro for as long as we operate it, with no renewals, ever.
